Today, investors understand the advantage of being able to sit across the table from those that manage their assets in the capital markets.

Over five years ago First Washington formed our SEC Registered Investment Advisory inside our 72 year old brokerage firm. We have built a great team. We manage client assets 'tailored' to their specific needs, desires and risk tolerance.

We have emphasized two of our products:

  1. Our flagship U.S. equity all-cap portfolio aims to outperform the general market, over time.
  2. A Northwest Utility portfolio, focused on achieving consistent, absolute positive returns, year after year, during any market environment.

Our Northwest Utility portfolio has drawn significant interest recently, as investors are more attentive of how they are deploying their 'secure assets'. The primary goal is capital preservation, while simultaneously obtaining a positive return on their investment.

I am pleased to let you know that R. Mark Davis has joined our team. Mark has a remarkable track record in our industry. He will lead the effort to grow our advisory.
